Launch of UK SPV Tracker Monthly Report

Our brand new monthly report on the UK SPV sector shows annual vehicle growth of 6.5% (+74 vehicles) over the year to end-July, with the total active number of vehicles reaching 1,210 at 31st July 2024*.

This was over twice the growth rate of the 12 months prior, when the UK SPV sector grew by 2.7% (+30 vehicles) in the year ending July 2023.

The total number of incorporations over the 12 months to end-July 2024 was 173, with 99 liquidations also taking place over this period driving the net growth rate of +74. Residential Mortgage-Backed Securitisations accounted for at least 52 of these incorporations.

The UK SPV Tracker follows a similar format to the existing Irish SPV Tracker, which is published monthly and is available to all Irish SPV Analytics clients.
