Dominick founded Atlantic Star in 2018 following a career in the Central Bank of Ireland where he launched one of the world’s first databases on SPVs, was a key member of the team who implemented a new reporting system for Irish banks and was involved in capturing data on Irish investment funds.
Dominick’s focus is distilling down complex datasets to create simple, actionable insights for many of the top decision-makers in Ireland and abroad.

Tina Hayes
Director
Tina joined Atlantic Star from an extensive career in the Irish Civil Service where she worked in the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES) in a number of key roles including several in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. Tina has worked on key Irish government policy projects analysing tax and expenditure data.
Her background is in economics and international finance, and her focus in Atlantic Star is driving forward the expansion of our services across new sectors and jurisdictions.
